Matt Metzger is the way to go if you are looking for Chapter 7 representation. I was told by a larger and longer-established firm that I did not qualify for Chapter 7. However, that firm did not take the time to go over my itemizations to the degree that Matt did. He was very thorough and concise and really took the time to review and re-review my file. He has helped my family in ways that he does not realize. We have been trying to figure out a solution to our problems for a year and a half now…trying to negotiate with banks even with a third-party company failed at every turn. We had so much disappointment with all of the other firms we worked with that I was beginning to wonder if we would ever get any resolution. Well, thanks to Matt we did! Thank you, Matthew Metzger, for all that you do! You do it well!

I have worked with & been a client of more attorneys than I can count during my adult life. Mr. Metzger stands out among the very finest. You get a sense during the initial consult that he cares and understands the issues at hand and your predicament. He patiently explains (in honest to God English, no less!) the process about your prospective case. Once retained Mr. Metzger proved to know a complicated process inside out; he filed documents in a timely manner; I never felt as if my case was at sea. He kept me up on what to expect. There was always a sense that he had my back. His execution proved this sense a reality. During the final meeting with the administrator, he was a settling presence. I knew what to expect, and when. He had the respect of the administrator and all went swimmingly. Mr. Metzger was/is worth every penny!

I went to see Matt Metzger on a referral and was totally impressed with him over the other two attorneys I was referred to. He was smart and reassuring throughout the entire difficult process. Best of all, my bankruptcy filing went through without a hitch! Considering all the horror stories out there about bankruptcy lawyers, not to mention the others I consulted with before meeting Matt, this is the place to go.

Matt handled my case with true professionalism. It was the lowest point in my life and he changed everything to the positive. I’m in the real estate market and I’ll recommend him to any of my clients or family. He is a truly talented attorney.
