EMPLOYMENT CLASS ACTION
Prosecuted a class action complaint alleging a range of California Labor Code violations by the defendant employer, including failure to provide compliant meal and rest breaks, unlawful deductions from gratuities, failure to timely pay wages during employment and at termination, unpaid regular and overtime wages, failure to maintain accurate wage statements, and unlawful collection and sharing of employee fingerprint data with a third party.
Result: Confidential class settlement; case dismissed
